Woodlake at Bonita Bay

Woodlake at Bonita Bay is a neighborhood of custom-built homes, constructed starting in the late 1980s.  With around 100 single-family homes, this neighborhood features large lots, and homes ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to upwards of 6,000 square feet of living space.

Neighborhood amenities include a private beach park with shuttle service for residents, a community swimming pool, several community parks and miles of walking and biking trails.  The Bonita Bay community also includes optional membership to the five championship golf courses located there, as well as a fitness and tennis facility and a private marina.  There is also a boat dock, basketball court and playground.

Woodlake is located in Bonita Springs at Bonita Bay, which is found west of US-41 and north of Bonita Beach Road.  Homes in Woodlake are all located along Woodlake Drive, Lake Pointe Drive or Royal Fern Drive.
