Windward Cay at Windstar

Windward Cay is a neighborhood of condominiums located within the Windstar development.  This golf course community offers two and three-story homes with either garage or under-building parking.  The 48 homes were constructed between 1984 and 2004, and range from 1,500 square feet to 3,000 square feet in size.  Homes range from two bedroom floor plans to three-bedroom, plus a den.  This maintenance-free community offers views of the golf course as well as the nature preserves.

 Amenities at Windward Cay include a large heated community swimming pool, a spa and a grill area.  In addition, Windstar offers an 18-hole championship golf course, direct boating access to the Gulf of Mexico and a fitness center.  In addition, there are Har-Tru tennis courts, along with a boat shuttle to Keewaydin Island Beach Club.

Windward Cay is located on the east side of the Windstar development, west of Bayshore Drive, and right on Naples Bay.
