Valencia Trails is a 55+ active adult community under development by GL Homes in North Naples. This 550-acre gated development will feature 853 single-family homes when completed. The first phase of the community will feature nearly 300 homes, many of which are sited on freshwater lakes and a street layout featuring cul-de-sacs. New one-story homes are available from four different design collections at Valencia Trails.

Valencia Trails offers a modern take on 55+ living with a full-time lifestyle staff dedicated to creating a calendar of events, clubs, and programs tailored to homeowners’ interests. The community’s miles of winding trails provide a scenic backdrop for a variety of thoughtfully curated fitness, fun, and relaxation activities.
Pools
A resort-style pool with beach entry is one of the centerpieces of the 43,000 SF clubhouse and sports complex. In addition to a 70-ft lap pool, a resistance pool offers additional opportunities for cardio. Poolside service is also available with a bar, and ongoing slate of poolside luaus and BBQs.
Dining
For the ultimate in convenience, residents can enjoy onsite dining with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Themed dinners, holiday events and “Singo” and “Karaoke” on the patio provide additional diversions. A catering kitchen serves as the site for cooking classes, wine tastings, and other culinary experiences.
Fitness
A fully-equipped fitness center offers both cardio and strength-training equipment as well as an exercise room for evaluation before starting a new regime. Personal training is available for all levels to help residents achieve optimal fitness profiles.
Spa
Tucked away in the complex near the fitness center, the spa offers a variety of relaxing massages and body treatments. Mani/pedis and skin services are also on the menu.
Racquet Club
Valencia Trails offers an extensive selection of racquet sports with the gleaming Racquet Club. The facility boasts 6 lighted tennis courts, 8 lighted pickleball courts, a full-service pro shop with an onsite pro and shaded seating for tournaments and other competitions.
Nature
With more than 3 miles of private walking trails, residents can enjoy the Southwest Florida raw beauty while engaging with other residents in the community.
Dog Park
Four-legged friends enjoy their own park with separate areas for large and small dogs to run and exercise off-leash.
Social
If residents aren’t taking in a Chef’s demo of a gourmet meal, they can also enjoy the arts and crafts center or a rousing game of Texas Hold ‘Em in the Games Rooms. The Clubhouse maintains a variety of gathering areas for movie nights and sports watch and other event viewing parties.

Valencia Trails is located in North Naples along Immokalee Road, to the east of Collier Boulevard. This location is directly across the street from TwinEagles and offers convenient access to Founders Square, Logan landings, I-75, Mercato, Vanderbilt Beach and more.
