Ultimate Ski Lake

Ultimate Ski Lake is a water skiing community in Estero, Florida.  The 13 homes within this development include oversized lots, ranging from more than one-and-a-half acres, to more than five acres, with lake front views.  The neighborhood requires that homes be at least 2,400 square feet in size, with a two-car attached garage.  Residents have the option of putting in docks, gazebos, a boathouse and a boatlift.  Homeowner’s association fees take care of the main boat dock and boat ramp to the community.

Ultimate Ski Lake is a custom-designed lake, built specifically for water skiing.  Only non-motorized and water ski boats are allowed on the lake.  The development also includes 15-acres of green space for horse stables, and 60 acres for trails.

Ultimate Ski Lake is located in Estero off Lazy D Farm Road, about ten miles east of I-75.
