Timarron at Pelican Marsh

Timarron is a community of single-family homes located within the Pelican Marsh development. This maintenance-free community offers 84 detached villas, with five different floor plans available. The community boasts the same floor plans as the Savanna development, which is just adjacent to Timarron. Homes range from 1,600 square feet to 2,400 square feet of living space. Each home includes a two-car garage, with either views of the lake or landscaped areas. These residences were built between 1997 and 2000.

Amenities at Timarron include access to the private golf course within Pelican Marsh, along with the community clubhouse, exercise area, and tennis facility. In addition, there is a fitness/biking trail and a children’s play area.

Timarron is located within Pelican Marsh, just north of Pelican Marsh Boulevard. This North Naples community is to the west of Airport Pulling Road North and east of Goodlette-Frank Road. Vanderbilt Beach Road is to the south.
