The Tides at Bayfront consists of two buildings and a total of 35 new condos. Buyers can choose from three different floor plans, as well as a penthouse unit. Apart from the penthouse units, condos of The Tides include three-bedrooms and three-baths. At 2,200 square feet, The Atlantic is the largest floorplan. That’s followed by The Caribbean, which has 2,100 square feet of space. The smallest floorplan is The Yucatan, which offers around 2,000 square feet.
All units are priced starting in the high $1 million range, with some of the priciest units offered in the mid $2 million range. A penthouse unit at The Tides comes with either 3,000 square feet or more than 3,100 square feet of living space under air, as well as a large lanai, depending on whether you choose Penthouse West or Penthouse East. For each of the penthouse units, that’s enough space for four-bedrooms and four luxurious baths.
