The Masters at Pelican Sound

The Masters is one of three Pelican Sound subdivisions featuring single-family, executive homes.  The 94 homes within The Masters range from 1,700 square feet to 2,000 square feet.  Some of the homes include two-and-a-half to three car garages.  Homes include between two and four bedrooms, with one and two-story floor plans available.  WCI Communities first developed Pelican Sound in 1998.

Pelican Sound Golf & River Club features a number of added amenities for members.  There is a 27-hole golf course, as well as six Har-Tru tennis courts and six swimming pools on site.  In addition, members may use the fitness center, kayak park with free canoe and kayak rentals, outdoor boat storage and a private boat ramp.  There is also a boat shuttle that transports residents to Lover’s Key State Park.

The Masters is located at Pelican Sound in Estero, south of Corkscrew Road and west of US 41.
