Stoneybrook

Stoneybrook is a gated community of 400 homes built around the Stoneybrook Golf Course.  The community includes single-family homes, low-rise condominium homes and attached villas.  The development was built between 2000 and 2005 by Lennar.  Residences range from 1,200 square feet in size, to more than 3,000 square feet. 

Community amenities include a par 72 golf course, designed by Gordy Lewis and Jed Azinger.  It is one of the longest golf courses in this part of the state of Florida, and is certified beginner friendly.  The community also includes a recently renovated clubhouse, including a fitness room and library.  There is also a basketball court, bocce ball court, playground, an in-line roller hockey rink and some horseshoe pits on site.  In addition, the development includes soccer and baseball fields.

Stoneybrook is located just east of I-75 along Corkscrew Road in Estero.  This location is across the street from Grandezza and adjacent to Wildcat Run.
