St. Croix at Pelican Marsh

St Croix is a complex of condominiums within the Pelican Marsh development.  This neighborhood offers 360 individual housing units.  St Croix is home to a large lake, offering residents both lake and landscape views.  While two-bedroom units are around 900 square feet, the three-bedroom homes include nearly 1,200 square feet.  Built in the late 1990’s, lawn maintenance is included with home ownership.
