Southern Hills at Pelican Sound

Southern Hills is one of three subdivisions featuring coach homes within Pelican Sound.  This golf community includes two-story buildings.  Upstairs units have 1,600 square feet of living space.  Downstairs units include 1,500 square feet of living space.  All units come with a one-car garage.  There are around a dozen neighborhoods with Pelican Sound.  Southern Hills is the first neighborhood inside the main entrance, and includes homes with golf course views.  Home are in the mid $200,000 range.

Pelican Sound includes 27-holes of golf, as well as six tennis courts.  Membership also offers dining at the Golf & River Club, as well as a fitness center, swimming pools and a private boat launch.  In addition, residents may use the canoes and kayaks on site, and take a free shuttle via boat to Lover’s Key State Park.

Southern Hills is located at Pelican Sound in Estero, west of US-41 and south of Corkscrew Road.
