Somerset at Windstar

Somerset is a neighborhood of attached villas located within the Windstar community of Naples, Florida.  This neighborhood includes 50 individual homes, with two-story, duplex-style floor plans.  Each homes includes a lake or a golf course view of the 10th, 11th and 12th fairway.  The residences feature two to three bedrooms, with large lanais.  Some homes come with private swimming pools.  The homes also feature a two-car garage.

Amenities at Somerset include a community swimming pool and spa.  The Windstar community also features a marina with direct boating access to the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Bay.  In addition, there are 72 boat slips for yachts of up to 70 feet.  Windstar also includes a championship golf course, fitness facility and tennis facility with multiple courts available.

Somerset is located on the north side of the Windstar development.  This Southwest Florida community is on Naples Bay, west of Bayshore Drive.
