Seaside at Pelican Sound

Seaside is one of three subdivisions within Pelican Sound that feature carriage homes.  The residences include two different floor plans, both with a two-car garage.  The first floor units include three bedrooms with 1,700 square feet of living space.  The second floor units are 2,100 square feet with three bedrooms plus a den.    Some of these homes reside on the ninth green of the Lakes Golf Course.
