Sea House at Naples Cay is a beachfront condominium community.  Built in 1978, this building is six stories tall, with only six residences.  The homes are around 3,300 square feet in size, and feature three bedrooms plus a den.  The large homes are maintenance free.  Residences within Sea House include unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, with a wall of windows located along the west side of each unit.

Amenities at Sea House include direct, private beach access.  There is also a community swimming pool, which overlooks Naples Beach, as well as a BBQ area and picnic space and extra storage available for residents.  The complex is within a short walk of Venetian Village.  In addition, there is a biking and jogging path, an exercise room, a sauna, tennis court and a common boat dock.
