Savona at Grandezza

Savona is a subdivision of 169 single-family homes, located on the eastern side of the Grandezza development.  Stock Development built the community which it completed in 2007.  Homes include preserve views in this country club and golf community.  The neighborhood features both courtyard and traditional homes, ranging in size from 1,600 square feet to 2,400 square feet in size.  The golf course at Grandezza opened in 2001.

Optional golf membership is available, giving access to the development’s 18-hole championship golf course.  There are also other membership levels available to residents.  Grandezza includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, and dining locations on site.  There are also six Har-Tru tennis courts and there is a walking trail throughout the lake-rich community.

Savona is located in Estero at Grandezza, which is found at the intersection of  Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and Corkscrew Road.
