Saraceno at Grandezza

Saraceno features luxury, attached villas located within the master-planned Grandezza development.  This upscale enclave includes homes ranging from 1,600 square feet to 2,500 square feet.  Some homes within Saraceno overlook the 17th and 18th fairways of the golf course, with others featuring lake views.  These Mediterranean-style homes include attached two-car garages, and were built by Stock Construction.  The golf course opened in 2001.  The next year, the clubhouse at Grandezza opened.

Community amenities at Grandezza include optional membership to the 18-hole championship golf course.  There are also other membership levels available to homeowners.  The development includes six Har-Tru tennis courts, a fitness center, a clubhouse and a large swimming pool.  There are also dining locations on site.

Saraceno is located in Estero at Grandezza, which is found  east of I-75 at the corner of Corkscrew Road and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway.
