Rookery Lake subdivision is made up of 47 single-family homes, with large lots ranging in size from one-half acre to nearly one acre in size.  Some of the waterfront homes look out over a rookery from which the neighborhood got its name.  Other homes are located along the fairways of Bonita Bay’s golf courses.  In addition, some homes include either lake or nature preserve views.  The luxury, estate-sized homes all feature private swimming pools.
