Riviera Golf Estates is one of South Florida’s oldest 55+ active adult communities.  This gated, golf course development includes nearly 700 homes and was built between 1967 and 2003 by Winfield Companies.  Homes range from 1,300 to 2,000 square feet of living space.  Residents enjoy low HOA fees in this established community.
