Riverwalk at Bonita Bay

Riverwalk includes estate-sized homes within the gates of Bonita Bay.  This subdivision includes some homes located along the Imperial River, offering private gulf access to homeowners.  Built between 1988 and 2008, the neighborhood offers homes by a variety of different builders with varying styles.  Homes range in size from 2,500 square feet to around 7,000 square feet.  Floor plans range from two bedrooms to six bedrooms, with many homes featuring their own private swimming pools

Along with boating, residents also have access to the private, member-only golf courses located within Bonita Bay.  The area also includes three community parks, a boat ramp, canoe launch, a basketball court and tennis courts.  In addition, there is a private beach park with shuttle service provided for residents to use.

Riverwalk is located in Bonita Springs along the southern border of Bonita Bay and the Imperial River.
