Riverbrooke at West Bay Club

Riverbrooke offers large estate-sized homes within the gated West Bay Beach & Golf Club. This subdivision of single-family homes offers some of the largest lots within the entire West Bay development. Homes start at 4,000 square feet, and are priced upwards of $1 million. Lehman Brothers developed the West Bay Club and Radco Development manages the community.

Amenities of living in West Bay include equity golf membership at the P.B. Dye championship course. The development also includes a tennis center and an Olympic-sized swimming pool.
