The Ridge at Pelican Landing

The Ridge includes less than 40 custom, single-family homes within the gated community of Pelican Landing.  Each home is unique with large lots, featuring views of the golf course, lakes and nature preserves.  Homes vary from 3,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet in size.  Construction is complete in this neighborhood.

The Ridge is near Pelican Landing’s south gate.  This community is in Bonita Springs, Florida, off I-75 and west of US 41.  Coconut Road borders the development to the north, Spring Creek is to the south.  Estero Bay is to the west.  Bonita Springs is between Fort Myers and Naples, Florida.
