Pinewater Place at Pelican Landing

Pinewater Place includes approximately 50 detached villa-style homes within the larger, gated community of Pelican Landing.  These single-family homes are one-story, some with courtyard floor plans.  Homes offer views of the golf course, lakes, Spring Creek or the nature preserves.  Residences are between three and four bedrooms.  WCI Communities first began developing Pelican Landing in the late 1980s.

Amenities at Pinewater Place include a tennis center with lighted courts, a 36-hole golf course and a 34-acre Beach Park with boat shuttle access for residents.  There is also a fitness center and a canoe/kayak park for residents to use leading to Spring Creek.

Pinewater Place is found on the southern edge of Pelican Landing near the south gate.  It is also near Spring Creek, which is the southern boundary of the development.  Coconut Road borders the Pelican Landing community to the north.  Estero Bay and US 41 are both to the west.
