Pinehurst at Pelican Sound

Pinehurst is a subdivision of 81 estate-sized homes located within Pelican Sound.  These homes range in size from 2,100 square feet to 3,100 square feet.  Some of the homes include two-and-a-half, or even three car garages.  Pelican Sound was developed by WCI Communities starting in 2008 and includes around a dozen different subdivisions.

Amenities at Pelican Sound include membership access to the 27-holes of championship golf.  It also provides use of dining privileges at the Golf Club and River Club, as well as some reciprocal privileges at other area clubs.  There are six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, six swimming pools, and there is a fitness center on site.  In addition, members have access to outdoor boat storage and a private boat ramp, along with a kayak park and nature trails.

Pinehurst is located at Pelican Sound in Estero off US 41, south of Corkscrew Road.
