Pinehurst Greens at Pelican Sound

Pinehurst Greens is a street within the Pelican Sound community, featuring estate-sized homes.  The Pinehurst subdivision is one of around a dozen in the community, developed by WCI Communities starting in 1998.  The 81 homes range in size from around 2,100 square feet to upwards of 3,100 square feet.  Some of the large homes include two-and-a-half or three car garages.

Community amenities include membership access to 27-holes of championship golf.  There are also six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, as well as a fitness center and six swimming pools throughout the development.  Members may also use the private boat ramp, Kayak Park and outdoor dry boat storage.  In addition, there is a free boat shuttle for members to use for access to the nearby Lover’s Key State Park.

Pinehurst Greens is located at Pelican Sound in Estero off US-41, south of Corkscrew Road.
