At 25,000 SF, the spacious Community Center serves as Pelican Bay’s social hub and an elegant meeting place for the numerous member organizations and clubs Pelican Bay hosts.  The Center is also home to the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio as well as an art studio, meeting rooms, computer lounge and tennis pro shop.  As a temporary break from the sun and sand, the nearby Waterside Shops of Naples provides upscale shopping in an open air mall setting.

Pelican Bay Fitness/Wellness

Members are encouraged to achieve their fitness goals with a mix of classes, state-of-the-art equipment, and talented instructors.  The Equipment room and Core Studio feature cardio, strength and core-training machines with either one-on-one private instruction or energizing classes in both indoor and beachfront locations.  Residents stay active outside the gym with a full slate of sports from which to choose including kayaking, sailing, fishing, and tennis.  A comprehensive nutrition and health program complements all fitness regimens.  Stepping into the Pelican Bay Wellness Center and experiencing its bamboo floors and soothing sounds allows residents to fully relax and enjoy custom massage and aesthetic treatments that optimize how residents look and feel.   

Pelican Bay Tennis

As one of the most active tennis communities in the area, Pelican Bay members and guests enjoy a mix of first-rate instruction, elite facilities and a range of special events and mixers to encourage play. Pelican Bay houses two facilities, all of which are Har-Tru.  The South Tennis Center, located at The Commons, includes ten non-lit courts while the North Tennis Center at the Community Center houses eight lighted courts.  Each facility maintains its own pro shop, fully stocked with gear and accessories.  The community hosts a number of special events throughout the year, including an annual pro exhibition, club championships, mixed doubles and fashion shows.  Members at all skill levels are welcome to play or simply cheer on friends. 

Pelican Bay Recreation

Set in the middle of paradise, Pelican Bay’s 88-acres of parks and nature preserves provide a scenic backdrop for biking, roller blading, jogging or a leisurely stroll around the community.  The North and South Berms are ideal for cycling and blading with miles of private, paved paths snaking through mangroves, palms and other natural foliage.  Boardwalks are interwoven with the paved paths providing additional ways for members to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico and raw natural beauty of southwest Florida.  Parks, picnic areas and water stands are sprinkled throughout the property for members’ convenience and refreshment.

Pelican Bay Dining

Inspired by the panoramic views in all onsite restaurants, Pelican Bay dining combines diverse and seasonal menus of stunning dishes.  Available exclusively to members and their guests, dining options range from the newly renovated Marker 36 to lighter, more casual fare at the Sandbar. Members can choose from indoor, al fresco and beachfront dining.  Pelican Bay has also partnered with Frisco’s Catering to deliver personalized menus for special events, including weddings, intimate family affairs, charitable dinners, and high-end plated galas.

Pelican Bay Golf

With 27 holes of challenging, Arthur Hills-designed golf, Club Pelican Bay has become one of Naples’ most desirable golf and social destinations. Established in 1980, the Club is now member-owned and opened up a new 50,000 SF clubhouse with expanded outdoor dining and the club’s first spa and fitness center in 2018.  While golf privileges are not a community amenity, the club offers flexible membership options to residents.

Pelican Bay Location

Pelican Bay is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and is bounded by Seagate Drive to south, Tamiami Trail (US-41) to the east and Vanderbilt Beach Road to the north.  It sits directly to the north of Park Shore, to the south of Vanderbilt Beach and to the east of Pine Ridge.  This location offers convenient access to North Naples attractions including Mercato, the Ritz-Carlton, Waterside Shops and Artis-Naples.
