Partridge Pointe at Berkshire Lakes

Partridge Pointe is a community of coach homes within the larger development of Berkshire Lakes.  Homes within this subdivision include either views of the lake or the preserve.  With three floor plans to choose from, and two stories, the residences have two to three bedrooms, with between 1,100 square feet and 1,400 square feet of living space.  The neighborhood includes 37 buildings, each containing four individual residences.  Built between 1997 and 2000, each home comes with a one-car, attached garage.  Coast Communities Corporation developed Berkshire Lakes.

The larger development of Berkshire Lakes includes seven lakes and a fishing pier.  There is also a community clubhouse with planned social activities and clubs.  In addition, there is a swimming pool, as well as jogging/walking paths and two tennis courts.

Partridge Point is located within Berkshire Lakes in South Naples, Florida.  This is close to I-75, north of Radio Road and west of Santa Barbara Boulevard.
