Park Shore Real Estate
Whether you’re a retiree or family, Park Shore in Naples offers a housing option for you. Located between US 41 and the Gulf of Mexico, Park Shore combines waterfront homes and condos against a backdrop of lush parks and sparkling, white beaches. Taking its cue from Venice, Italy, many of the estates replicate Italian architecture as well as take advantage of the Venice-style canals with navigable bodies of water separating the mainland from the Gulf. The Village on Venetian Bay provides additional European flair with upscale shopping and dining facilities and marks the site of the annual Naples boat festival parade every December.
The first Park Shore developments debuted in the 60s with many buildings undergoing renovations and emerging transformed. Newer buildings include the Aria built in 2006 and the Regent in 2002. True to its name, Park Shore is unique in integrating livable communities with common park and beachside areas. Read more about Park Shore real estate.

More About Park Shore Real Estate
Park Shore First Postion High-rise Condos
Park Shore has a total of 25 high-rise condo buildings all of which are located on the beach between Gulf Shore Drive and the Gulf of Mexico. The buildings are situated in a staggered arrangement with ten positioned in a front or "first position" on the beach. These buildings tend to have superior Gulf views as the immediate vistas are not obstructed by adjacent towers.
Best Park Shore High-rise Gulf Views
Not all Park Shore views are created equal and identifying which high-rise building stacks have the direct west facing views can be a challenge to say the least. The Park Shore community was not built with all condo lanais facing the Gulf like other Naples luxury high-rise developments including Kalea Bay and Pelican Bay. To assist in your quest for the perfect Park Shore view, we have currated this selection of Park Shore best views.

Park Shore Pet Friendly Buildings
The Naples high-rise market can be rather challenging for owners of large dogs. While many of the Park Shore towers allow pets up to 25 or 30 pounds, only five buildings allow for larger dogs weighing more than this. Each of our Park Shore condo overview pages provides the pet policy for that specific building.
