Palmetto Dunes at Pelican Sound

Palmetto Dunes is one of three subdivisions within Pelican Sound featuring carriage homes.  These homes include two-car attached garages with two floor plans available.  First-floor units have three bedrooms and 1,700 square feet.  Second floor units have three bedrooms plus a den, and feature 2,100 square feet.  Most homes have either lake or golf views.  The community is situated around the third tee of the Sound Golf Course.

The Pelican Sound community includes a free boat shuttle to Lover’s Key State Park.  There are also canoes and kayaks for residents to use on the Estero River.  In addition, members have access to a fitness center and a number of swimming pools within the community.  Membership includes 27-holes of championship golf and the six Har-Tru tennis courts.  Coconut Point Mall is close to the community, as is the Miramar Outlet Mall.
