Oak Knoll at Bonita Bay

Oak Knoll at Bonita Bay includes 33 single-family, estate-sized homes.  This Bonita Bay subdivision was built in the early 1990s.  Some of the luxury residences feature deeded, private boat docks with access to the gulf via the Imperial River.  Other homes have lake views.  The neighborhood is one of just a few waterfront, country club communities that offer gulf access with single-family homes in the Bonita Bay area.  Homes start at around 3,300 square feet, with many of the residences including private pools.

Residents of Oak Knoll also have access to all of the extra amenities of living within Bonita Bay.  Those include a private marina, optional membership at one of the area’s many private golf courses, plus tennis and fitness facilities.  There are also beach facilities, plus miles of walking trails.
