Norman Estates at Tiburón

Norman Estates is a gated enclave of 27 Mediterranean-Style detached villas located at the Tiburón Golf and Country Club in Naples Florida.  The community was developed as a Greg Norman branded community within Tiburón which hosts the annual Shark Shootout Tournament.

Four floor plans ranging size from 2,876 SF to 4,872 SF with 3-5 bedrooms are available at Norman Estates.  These luxury villas feature private swimming pools and are configured in both traditional or courtyard layouts.  Some Norman Estates floor plans feature private casitas located in pool courtyard.  The community was developed between 2000 and 2002.

Norman Estates is located in North Naples off Airport-Pulling Road between Vanderbilt Beach Road and Immokalee Road.  Medalist Lane is the main street through Norman Estates with homes lining both sides of the street.  Homes on the east side of Medalist Lane overlook the 1st fairway of the Greg Norman designed Black Course.
