New Waterford at Berkshire Lakes

New Waterford at Berkshire Lakes is a community of 168 condominium residences.  In all, there are 21 two-story buildings.    Each home comes with its own garage.  Six of the buildings are along Belville Lake.  The other 15 buildings are along New Waterford Lake giving residents water views.  The homes were built between 1992 and 1993, with homes containing from 1,200 to 1,300 square feet of living space.

Neighborhood amenities at New Waterford include a community swimming pool.  A jogging/walking path winds around the subdivision of New Waterford.  Residents also share the amenities of the greater Berkshire Lakes development with residents of the other subdivisions.  These added amenities include another swimming pool, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts.
