Naples Twin Lakes is an established neighborhood of single-family homes located in Central Naples. The community was developed in the 1960s & 1970s and now features a mix of original ranch and bungalow style homes as well as some recently built upscale homes. The neighborhood features two lakes and select homes have waterviews. The neighborhood does not have an HOA or rental restrictions.

This location offers convenient access to Clam Pass State Park, Waterside Shops, Artis-Naples, Mercato and more. The community is served by the Sea Gate Elementary School, Pine Ridge Middle School and Naples High School.
