Amenities at Naples Reserve a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, Har-Tru tennis courts, bocce, biking and walking trails. The 54-acre lake anchoring the community and the 22 interconnected lakes offer a multitude of water-sports including boating, paddle-boarding, kayaking , fishing and a one-mile rowing course. Golf carts are welcome at Naples Reserve and many residents utilize them within the community. Naples Reserve owners have complimentary social memberships at Naples Harbour. The Island Club
Designed with a Key West motif, the 5,160 sf Island Club is the heart of the community offering indoor and al fresco gathering areas, expansive wraparound porches and both sunny and shaded areas around the resort-style pool. Distinguished by a rock waterfall, the pool arena also includes Junior Olympic-size lap lanes, a splash pool for children and a large beach and party pavilion for gathering with other residents to enjoy drinks and appetizers as the sun goes down. Fire pits provide warmth as well as additional spots to engage with others in the community. The Latitudes Cafe makes it easy for families or large groups to enjoy poolside dining or a casual lunch. The Outrigger Center provides paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes for residents to explore the 125-acre Eagle Lake. Kontiki Island, complete with Tiki Hut, is the perfect destination at the end of a waterfront journey. Naples Reserve also owns two Duffy boats, the Tranquility and Little Skipper, for additional tours of the lake and island.
Fitness
Adjoining the Island Club, the 3,500 sf fitness center offers classes as well as a weight room, yoga studio and state-of-the-art cardio and strength-training equipment. Hop on a stationary bike or get a cardio blast in a Zumba class followed by a quick bite at Latitudes.
Tennis
In addition to five Har-Tru tennis courts, the Lakeside Match Point Racquet Club also boasts four pickle ball courts as well as bocce ball with an active league and tournament schedule organized by the community’s onsite social director. Beach volleyball is another popular pastime, regardless of skill. The racquet center overlooks a sparkling lake with a picnic area for cooling down and replenishing with a quick snack after an active match. All courts are lit until 10:00 p.m. to encourage a full day of play.
Lakefront Living
Flanked by towering palms, Naples Reserve’s natural setting lends itself to a number of trails to explore on foot or bike or via the network of waterways. The meandering trails help residents engage with their natural environment while providing a pleasing means of getting around the community. The lakes and scenic vistas provide hours of pristine landscapes for paddling enthusiasts. Nestled against the Picayune Strand State Forest, Eagle Lake combines a mile-long stretch of lakefront property with a 76,000-acre park with protected marshes, cypress swamps and abundant wildlife. Canines enjoy their “wag and walk” sanctuary to roam and converse with other neighborhood playmates in a large grassy area perfect for making new friends.
Boating
All members receive a complimentary one-year social membership at Walker’s Hideaway Marina. Located along Gordon River, the Yacht Club features a marina, indoor storage for 600 boats as well as waterside restaurants and and outdoor pool and sauna. Access to a shady stretch of sandy beach along Naples Bay is another perk. Several of the builders in Naples Reserve have constructed personal floating docks along Eagle Lake as added features to new homes to allow residents to fully enjoy the paddle boards, kayaks, and other water activities. Electric boats are also popular options for touring the waterways.

Beyond the sun and water, Naples also boasts a thriving arts community, world-class shopping and sophisticated dining outside the community. Artis-Naples, and the Barbara B.
