Naples Heights

Naples Heights is a neighborhood of single-family homes located in Central Naples. Many of the homes in Naples Heights were built in the 1950s-1960s and feature traditional Old Florida styling and mature Royal Palm trees. In recent years, developers have targeted this community to either renovated or tear down and replace older homes. The community is not gated and does not have any HOA fees.

Naples Heights Location

Naples Heights is located in Central Naples along Royal Palm Drive between 10th Street N and Goodlette Frank Road. This location is to the east of Mooring Line Drive and to the north of Golden Gate Parkway. Naples Heights is within biking distance of the beach and Old Naples as well is in walking distance to Freedom Park, the Greenway, Naples High School and Coastland Mall.
