Amenities at the Monaco beach Club include a beachfront pool, spa, fitness room, tennis courts, picnic area with barbecue grills, party room, library, car washing station and 24-hour security. Parking is under the building with one or two assigned spots per unit.
Pets are not allowed at the Monaco Beach Club. Association rules allow for one lease per year for a minimum term of 30 days.
The Monaco Beach Club is located at 4401 Gulf Shore Boulevard which is eight buildings north of Park Shore Drive. The Solamar is located directly to the north and Le Rivage is adjacent to the south. This location is just a short stroll from the shopping and restaurants at Venetian Village and across the street from the Venetian Bay Yacht Club.
