Meadows of Estero is a gated community of 262 coach homes in Estero.  Built in 2007 by Shelby Holmes, this development includes luxury coach homes ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to 2,800 square feet.  The first-floor units are smaller, with two bedrooms plus a den.  The second-floor units are larger in size than the first floor, with three bedroom floor plans.  Many of the Mediterranean-style housing units include lake or nature preserve views.
