Marina Isle at Bonita Bay

Marina Isle is a gated subdivision of Bonita Bay, featuring single-family, villa-style homes located close to the marina.  Situated along a cobblestone street, all of the homes in Marina Isle include a deeded boat dock, giving residents direct access to the Gulf in this waterfront community.  Residents and their guests enter the neighborhood through a private, gated entry.  The homeowner’s association takes care of landscaping, exterior painting and pool maintenance.  Homes were built in the late 1990s.

The community around Marina Isle features several private golf courses, tennis courts, a clubhouse and basketball courts.  You will also find a community boat dock and pool, along with a fitness center, beach pavilion and jogging paths throughout the area.

The Imperial River, the Bonita Bay Marina Basin and a nature preserve bound Marina Isle.  The neighborhood is located in the Bonita Bay community of Bonita Springs, Florida.  This is west of US 41 and north of Bonita Beach Road.
