Mansion La Palma at Bay Colony

Mansion La Palma is Bay Colony’s only mid-rise condominium community.  This atrium style building allows residents to access their individual units from an open-air atrium.  The building includes seven floors, with 26 units.  Some of the Mediterranean-style units located on higher floors have views of the Gulf of Mexico.  Lower floors include views of the pool, landscaping and Bay Colony Tennis Club.  Built in 1996, there are a maximum of four units per floor.  Each residence includes at least 2,100 square feet and two covered parking spots.

The community includes a resort style swimming pool.  Additional amenities of living within Mansion La Palma also include the six tennis courts and the Pro Shop at Bay Colony Tennis Club.  There are several dining choices available for residents at Bay Colony Beach Club.

Bay Colony is a subdivision of Pelican Bay.  This development is off Vanderbilt Beach Road, south of Naples Park in North Naples, Florida.
