Mallard’s Landing is a community of 57 single-family homes located within the Fiddler’s Creek development.  This subdivision includes homes of four different floor plans, ranging from 2,000 square feet to 3,900 square feet.  Homes include lake or creek views, and come with two-car garages.  Residents have the option of private swimming pools and canoe docks.  All lots are sold in this neighborhood.

Amenities at Mallard’s Landing include access to the 18-hole, members-only golf club and the option of membership to The Tarpon Club.  It provides beach access and direct boating access to the Gulf of Mexico. Mallards Landing is located at Fiddler's Creek in Naples.  The entrances to Fiddler’s Creek are off US 41.  This development is east of SR 951 in southwest Florida.
