Lely Villas

Lely Villas offers two and three-bedroom golf villa homes within Lely Resort Golf and Country Club.  First constructed in the Moorgate Point neighborhood between 2008 and 2013, these attached villas are now found in Mustang Villas, Palomino Village, Chase Preserve and Calumet Reserve.  Homes range from 1,900 square feet to more than 2,200 square feet.

Lely Villas features tennis courts, BBQ grills, a fitness facility and a resort-style swimming pool with hot tub.  Residents of Lely Villas also receive preferred tee times and golf discounts at Flamingo Island Club and Lely Mustang Golf Course.  Residents also have access to the Player’s Club Spa, although membership is not required.  In addition, there are dining options on site.

Lely Villas are located off Grand Lely Drive in South Naples, Florida.  This community is east of US 41 and west of Collier Boulevard.  The development is to the south of Rattlesnake Hammock Road.
