Lakemont Cove at Pelican Landing
Lakemont Cove is a subdivision consisting of 125, two-story condominium homes within the Pelican Landing development. A lake surrounds three sides of the neighborhood, with an atrium courtyard in the middle of the homes. The two and three-bedroom units include windows on all four sides. Centex Homes developed the neighborhood in 1992, making it the first multi-family subdivision within Pelican Landing. Units range in size from 1,300 square feet to more than 1,800 square feet in size. Each building is home to six residences.
Lakemont Cove has its own clubhouse with a heated swimming pool. There is also a BBQ area, hot tub, and fitness center for residents to use. Extra amenities for Pelican Landing residents include a 36-hole golf course, sailing center and Beach Park.
You will find the neighborhood of Lakemont Cove in the center of the Pelican Landing development. This is west of US 41 in Bonita Springs, Florida.
