Kingston Club

Kingston Club is a low-rise cooperative building located within the Moorings neighborhood.  This bay front development includes a total of 17 individual housing units.  Kingston Club residences range in size from 800 square feet to around 950 square feet.  Built in 1964, mostly one-story units are available, featuring either one-bedroom or one-bedroom plus a den.

Amenities at Kingston Club include a heated swimming pool, an exercise room, tennis courts and a clubhouse with a community room.  There is also a BBQ and picnic area.  Boat slips are available for lease.  The beach is located across the street from Kingston Club.  Private memberships are available at the Moorings Beach Park.

Kingston Club is located along Gulf Shore Boulevard in Naples, Florida.  This development overlooks Moorings Bay and is south of Doctors Pass.
