Ketch Cay is a neighborhood of detached single-family homes, located within the Windstar development. This boating community offers 42 courtyard homes and villas, including three to four bedrooms. These homes each include a private screened-in patio with a private pool and hot tub. In addition, the homes have lake water views, overlooking the 5th and 6th holes of the golf course. Some homes also include views of Southpointe Yacht Club.

Amenities at Ketch Cay include being within the only gated golf community in Naples which also includes a private deep-water marina leading to the Gulf of Mexico. Residents also have a boat shuttle to Keewaydin Island, as well as golf, tennis and fitness facilities on-site.

Ketch Cay is located in the southern portion of the Windstar development, adjacent to Naples Botanical Garden. Situated right along Naples Bay and the Mangrove Preserve Area, this community is west of Bayshore Drive in Naples, Florida.
