Kalea Bay Pet and Rental Policies

Kalea Bay is pet-friendly and domestic household pets are allowed in a reasonable number and subject to reasonable regulation by the association.  There are no weight restrictions.  Owners may rent their unit four times per year with a minimum lease term of 30 days per lease.
