Jasmine Court at Falling Waters

Jasmine Court is one of a handful of subdivisions located within the Falling Waters development of Naples, Florida.  This is a gated community of low-rise condominium homes.  Built in 1995, these two-story buildings include homes with two bedrooms plus a large lanai.  They also include a carport.  The size of the units is around 1,300 square feet, with prices less than $200,000.

Homes within Jasmine Court are built around a lake.  The community also includes a large, resort-style swimming pool.  In addition, residents have access to all of the additional community amenities of the Falling Waters development.  These include a clubhouse, picnic and BBQ area, a golf putting green, and a children’s play area.  There are also two lighted tennis courts, plus room for shuffleboard and bocce ball.

Jasmine Court is located within Falling Waters at the corner of Cope Lane and Santa Barbara Boulevard, off Hidden Lake Drive.  This is near Downtown Naples.
