Ibis Cove at Bonita Bay

Ibis Cove at Bonita Bay features 29 single-family, custom built homes sitting on one-half to three-quarter acre lots. The open, lakefront homes were built between 1994 and 2002, and include 3,500 square feet to more than 6,000 square feet of living space. Each home has its own private swimming pool, and commands either a lake, marsh or wooded area view.

Residents of Ibis Cove are within walking distance of Bonita Bay’s Marina Club. They also have access to the area’s extensive walking and biking paths. Homes in Ibis Cove are all located on three streets: Green Heron Court, Ibis Cove Court and Plumage Court. Off Bonita Bay Boulevard, this neighborhood is to the west of US 41 and to the north of Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs, Florida.
