Highland Woods is a gated, bundled golf community of homes located at Highland Woods Golf & Country Club. Built by US Homes, residences within this development include a full-golf membership. Housing options at Highland Woods includes single-family homes, attached villas and condominiums. Fairway views are available from many vantage points throughout the Highland Woods community.

Neighborhood amenities at Highland Woods include a par-72 golf course designed by Gordon Lewis in 1994.
