Hammock Greens is a condominium subdivision located within Pelican Sound.  This golf community features both two-story and four-story buildings, with two to three-bedroom units.  There are three floor plans available, ranging from 1,200 square feet to 1,500 square feet in size.

Neighborhood amenities include a separate community swimming pool, spa and BBQ area.  Additional amenities available within Pelican Sound include membership to the 27-hole golf course and use of the six, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts.  There is also a fitness center on site, in addition to a number of dining choices.  Residents have free boat shuttle service to Lover’s Key Park.  There is also a member exclusive boat ramp from Pelican South to the Gulf of Mexico.  Boat owners have access to a storage area.  A kayak park provides members with the use of kayaks.
