Grande Estates at Grandezza
Grand Estates includes large, executive-style estate homes within the master-planned Grandezza development. This golf equity-membership enclave is guard-gated with custom-built homes that feature lake and golf views. Homes range in size from 2,800 square feet to 5,300 square feet. The Grandezza golf course opened in 2001, followed by the clubhouse in 2002. The clubhouse was renovated in 2011.
Community amenities at Grandezza include optional membership to the 18-hole championship golf course designed by Darwin Sharp. There are also memberships that include use of the six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and the swimming pool, along with the clubhouse and dining. In addition, there are walking trails located throughout the community.
Grand Estates is located east of I-75 at Grandezza in Estero, Florida. The community is north of Corkscrew Road, and east of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway near Grande Oak Boulevard.
