Gables at Pelican Marsh

The Gables is a community of single-family homes located within the larger development of Pelican Marsh.  This neighborhood includes 28 homes, featuring either nature preserve views or lake views.  A number of different builders constructed the homes between 1995 and 1999.  The residences include 2,400 square feet to 3,400 square feet of living space, on compact lots. 

Amenities at The Gables at Pelican Marsh include a golf course, exercise room, tennis courts and a biking and jogging path.  Although there is a yearly Homeowner’s Association for both Pelican Marsh and The Gables, membership is not mandatory at Pelican Marsh Golf Club.  In addition, there is a play area for children within this gated community.

The Gables is located adjacent to Mercato in North Naples off Oak Moss Rooad, just to the south of Pelican Marsh Boulevard.  The homes within this neighborhood are located along Spanish Moss Trail.
