Falling Waters North Preserve
Falling Waters North Preserve is a gated, 31-acre community of two-story condominium homes. There are 90 homes within this community, including two and three bedroom floor plans. Each residence includes a garage and a large lanai. First floor units have ten-foot ceilings. Second floor units include vaulted ceilings. The residences also include lakefront views. These condominiums were built between 1998 and 2002, with square footage ranging form 1,300 to 1,800.
